Annapurna Circuit Trek

Mango Tree is situated in an ideal location to start the world famous Annapurna Circuit. We are only 7kms to Besisahar which also makes our location an ideal place to end your Manaslu Trek. If you are travelling from Kathmandu/Pokhara or any other city and headed for Annapurna Circuit, you can choose to spend the night at our place. Since we have many local jeeps on contact, the next morning depending on the group size, they can pick you up from our grounds and drive you as far as the road goes. This way you don’t have to go through the hassle of finding the right jeep for your onward journey from Besisahar. Currently they go as far as Chame. We can also arrange all the necessary paperwork, guides and porters if you decide to do a trek with us.

Permit free area trek

There are some great hiking/trekking trails like Baraha Pokhari (3100 m), Dudh Pokhari (4400 m), Mim Pokhari (4400 m) and Rupina La (4700m). These treks start right from our doorstep and does not require you to get a permit. Saving you money.  These places are absolutely stunning and little explored. You won’t find many tourist here.  We can arrange all the food, camping equipment, guides and porters. Please check out our article on Baraha Pokhari which was published on the Himalayan Times. If you want to go on a short hike, there are a loads trail through mountain villages.

Short Hikes

You can take a short hike to Nas Ko Danda (1800 m). Which takes around 3 hrs to reach and 3hrs to get back. From here, on a clear day you will see a beautiful view of Lamjung Himal, Macchapuchre, Himalchuli, Boudha Himal and many small peak yet to be named as well as fantastic view of Marshyangadi Valley and traditional villages down below.
